Laurel and Hardy, a historic emblem of cinema dating from 1939, is an integral part of the world’s film heritage. Dating back almost a century, the film’s negatives offer an image quality that needed to be restored.
In order to retain the sensitivity of the original work while offering the best possible way of promoting this heritage, Vectracom stepped in to offer a complete chain for this project.
Specialising in the preservation, digitization and enhancement of audiovisual heritage, the company was able to carry out this audiovisual project and restore the visuals of this film heritage to optimum quality.
