Vectracom carried out a key mandate for Saudi Arabia Corp, including the identification, indexing and creation of a database for their media. Vectracom configured the operational workflows and installed the necessary equipment. Recruitment and training of 12 to 18 operators, as well as specialised personnel for supervision, engineering and maintenance were provided.
With an initial capacity of 700 hours per week for the classic workflow (preparation + digitisation + QC), we also proceeded to collect metadata. To complete the project, we planned to spend a further two years conserving and enhancing the resulting metadata.
